Carrier Neutral, N+1, Tier III Data Center
The fully redundant, highly secured, Carrier Neutral, Data Center is conveniently located in Dulles Technology corridor with immediate proximity to major Internet transit hubs. This brand new Tier III, purpose built 72,000 square foot facility was launched on July 1st, 2009 with the first 10,000 square feet of fully conditioned space available for immediate occupancy. The remaining 62,000 square feet will be utilized for custom pod build outs based on individual Customer requirements.
Leveraging the latest in technology to provide the most efficient power usage available today, we strive to offer cost effective solutions for our Customers, while keeping environmental impact in mind. Our UPS systems are typically 30-40% more efficient at load than the facilities built just two years ago. Using PowerWare 9395 UPS systems our efficiency stays at 85%+ even at the lowest of loads. No expense was spared to bring the best of all solutions to our new Datacenter to provide top notch service at an affordable price. With facilities designed and engineered by top firms in the industry (24/7 Inc, JC Porter Inc, Notari, CCG, DNL Power, Wilhelm Construction) we have brought the best of the best to design our Tier III Datacenter.
